Bar Hire Options
Cash Bar
A popular option for a wedding is a pay bar. We bring our fully licenced bar with trained bar staff and provide a range of drinks to meet your requirements. Typically for a wedding of 100+ guests we would charge £200 plus a security deposit of £250 with a £1,000 minimum spend on the night, which is easily achievable. On the off chance that the minimum spend isn't met (highly unlikely) then the difference will just be taken out of the security deposit before its refunded to you.
Dry Hire
Simply hire the horse box trailer with our experienced team of bar staff, fully equipped and ready for service. You stock the bar with your own drinks. Ideal for those who simply wish to throw their own party and provide the drink. Dry hire fee is from £550..

Complimentary Bar
We attend your event and run a tab for the host who would like to entertain their guests with complimentary drinks of their choice. We provide an accurate breakdown of drinks sold at the end of the event. We charge £250 with a £1,000 minimum bar spend.

Our horse box bar is perfect for a countryside, rustic themed wedding but can also be adapted to fit in with your special day.
Parties
The bar is not limited to alcoholic drinks - we can also offer tea parties and other soft drink packages. We can also decorate the trailer to go with your party theme.
Events
We can cater for a wide range of events including, corporate events, organised meets, private parties, village fete's and shows.
As personal licence holders we will formally take care of the licence application if one is required. Depending on your location there may be a small fee to cover travel costs.
